Bedwas head North to Colwyn Bay

Its a return to Principality Premiership rugby this was as Bedwas buoyed their excellent first half performance last time out against Bridgend make the long journey to Colwyn Bay in good spirits. Head Coach Steve Law was delighted with last week’s performance, especially the first half when his side ran in 6 tries to lead by 43 points at the interval.

“I was delighted with the accuracy we showed last week” said Law, “We are expecting another tough challenge this week and we have prepared accordingly.”

Bedwas keep faith with the backs that started last week but make a few changes to the starting forwards. Matthew Pettit who was unavailable last week joins Alun Rees and Dan Preece in the front row with last weeks’ starters switching to the bench. Joe Davies returns to the second row with Tom Bell moving to the bench but the back row trio remain unchanged.

On the bench there are recalls for Adam Williams, the Army’s James S. Dixon and Tom Rowlands.
