There are two items for the agenda, those are to receive the accounts for the period up June 2024 to May 2025 and election of Directors and committee members.
All current Directors terms come to an end at the AGM and Directors for the following year must be elected. There are currently six Director positions and should more than six be nominated then a vote will take place.
In order to be proposed as a director you must have been a full member for at least one year as should the proposer. Nominations for committee are also requested, and there is currently no limit on the number of committee that can serve but as above nominee and proposer must have been a full member for at least one year.
