Statement from Bedwas RFC following BBC Wales investigation into the Welsh Rugby Union:
The allegations of misogyny and discrimination at the Welsh Rugby Union are shocking and have no place in rugby or wider society.
We are committed to making rugby a game for all and we want to see decisive action from the Union to root out discrimination in all its forms.
We reiterate our call from after the 2022 AGM for urgent governance reform at the WRU to ensure our sport is fit for the 21st century.
