Bedwas host neighbours Bargoed RFC under the lights on Friday evening (7-15pm k.o) in what is certain to be a keenly contested game.
Head coach Stefan Sankala has made a few changes to last weeks line up.
Ryan Thomas starts at loose head prop with Brynley Toms on permit from Cardiff moves to the bench. Will Fishlock starts at blind side flanker in place of Rhys Jones; otherwise, there are no changes to the starting pack.
Callaghan Smith is recalled at scrum half and we welcome former player Adam Williams on permit from Dinas Powys in place of Sam Davies in the only changes to last week’s backs selection.
On the bench Lewis Crane makes a welcome return from injury.
