Team news for Saturday’s game at Beddau.

It’s back to league rugby this Saturday as Bedwas make the short trip to Beddau, a side who will be full of vigour having beaten Bridgend Ravens in the WRU last weekend.

Head Coach Stefan Sankala makes a few tweaks to his squad that thrashed Tata Steel last Saturday.

Alec Jones moves to the right wing with Lewis Bowden returning at inside centre with Rory Harries returning at scrum half in place of Matt Bancroft.

Up front Jamie Tucker keeps hold of the loose head prop jersey and is accompanied by Mike Dacey and Rhys Hutcherson. Craig Hudd returns at second row in place of the injured Matthew Bovington and club captain Jonathan Armitage comes in for Alex Thau in the back row.

The five man bench sees the welcome return of prop Rhys James who will be joined by Owen Ford, Josh Dunleavy, Alex Thau and Callum Rowlands.
