Bedwas travel to Pontypool United RFC (Memorial Ground, Conway Road, Pontypool, NP4 6HL) for a Ben Francis Cup tie on Friday evening (29 October 7-15pm k.o). This is the first time Bedwas have entered this competition for a number of years, so all are looking forward to playing at a ground that is new to us.
This being a cup competition allows Head Coach Stefan Sankala to name a twenty-three man squad, therefore there are a few changes to this week’s line up.
Outside half Matty Bancroft takes the captain’s armband for the first time.
